Our world-class, state-of-the-art engine overhaul facility has a total of 55 engine bays with capacity to handle over 360 large turbofan engines per annum.
HAESL’s engine overhaul capability includes an electrical harness workshop, environmentally controlled Low Pressure Fan Case repair shop, sheet metal and composite repair shops. The humidity-controlled air conditioned module repair shop has full capability to detail strip all modules to piece part level. Our module shop capability includes static and dynamic balancing, automated wash machines, specialised cleaning line and inspection facility dedicated to bearings.
In 2017, our engine overhaul workshop was further expanded by opening a new facility – the 4-storey 15,500 square meters workshop building, Phase VI. This marks the turning of a new page in the development of HAESL facilitating substantial growth of the new generation engines through the facility. Our facility operates 24/7, 365 days a year and is complimented by a qualified and highly experienced workforce.
Our competent workforce is multi-function trained giving capability for strip, inspection and build in the same area. It is a prime core value and the policy of HAESL to maintain and overhaul aircraft engines, modules and their components to the highest quality standard with reliability to meet the customers’ requirement.
