Human Resources Specialist – Recruitment & Retention

Responsibilities
Understand the staffing needs from hiring managers and develop effective strategies for local and overseas recruitment projects
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing, shortlisting, conducting interview, offering to on/off-boarding process and creating personnel record in SAP
Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media and employee referrals to source high-quality candidates and develop strong sourcing network to build and maintain talent pipeline
Manage and implement recruitment activities including recruitment day, job fairs and visits
Liaise with institutions, NGOs and associations to broaden talent network
Implement staff retention plans and activities
Prepare regular analysis and reports
Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of solid experience in human resources function
Experience in mass recruitment for a sizable company and fast-paced industry
Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
