Responsibilities

  • Understand the staffing needs from hiring managers and develop effective strategies for local and overseas recruitment projects
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing, shortlisting, conducting interview, offering to on/off-boarding process and creating personnel record in SAP
  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media and employee referrals to source high-quality candidates and develop strong sourcing network to build and maintain talent pipeline
  • Manage and implement recruitment activities including recruitment day, job fairs and visits
  • Liaise with institutions, NGOs and associations to broaden talent network
  • Implement staff retention plans and activities
  • Prepare regular analysis and reports
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in human resources function
  • Experience in mass recruitment for a sizable company and fast-paced industry
  • Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Independent, proactive and can-do attitude
  • Experience in using SAP is a plus
