Engineering Graduate Trainee (EGT) Stream
By joining the Engineering Stream, you can pursue roles such as Aero Engine Engineer or Technical Services Engineer, tailored to your career aspirations and the needs of the organization. This stream is specifically designed for individuals passionate about MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) within the aviation industry.
Graduates will receive comprehensive training in key areas related to aero engine maintenance, including inspection protocols, repair techniques, and quality assurance processes. This structured development provides valuable insights into the operational aspects of MRO, ensuring that you are well-prepared to contribute to the safety and reliability of our fleet.
The Engineering Stream emphasizes practical skill development, equipping you with both technical and problem-solving abilities essential for success in MRO roles. After graduation, Engineering Graduate Trainees will start their careers as Engineers. Through hands-on training and structured rotations across various engineering departments, you will build a solid foundation for a successful career in aviation maintenance. |

By joining the GGT, you can explore roles such as Operations Coordinator or Customer Service Executive, tailored to your interests and the needs of the organization. This stream is specifically designed for individuals with backgrounds in disciplines, such as Industrial Engineering, Air Transportation, Management, or related fields.
Graduates will receive comprehensive training in key operational areas, including Commercial, Quality Assurance, Safety & Improvement, Supply Chain Management, Planning & Business Support, Strategic Purchasing etc. This structured development allows you to gain valuable insights into the various functions that drive the aviation industry, fostering a well-rounded understanding of its dynamics.
The GGT Stream emphasizes versatile skill development, equipping you with both technical and soft skills essential for success in diverse roles. After graduation, General Graduate Trainees will start their careers as Specialists.
