Responsibilities

Provide support to engineers and managers in maintaining daily component repair business
Conduct continuous improvements to increase safety, quality, and efficiency for production
Coordinate projects with internal and external parties for equipment enhancement
Lead component repair teams to achieve output targets and oversee all activities in responsible areas
Perform quality investigations and safety assessments, and troubleshoot technical difficulties
Prepare technical documents, manuals, and presentable reports
Ensure engineering processes comply with regulatory requirements from multiple authorities and accreditation boards

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Strong leadership with self-motivated and proactive attitude
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
Preferably proficient in Microsoft Office
Candidate with relevant working experience could be considered for the position of Engineer
