- Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in HR Management
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in compensation and benefits
- Well versed in HK Labour Ordinance
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good communications and presentation skills
- Detail-minded and well-organised
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP system
