Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the employee movement including but not limited to transfer, promotion and termination
  • Develop and review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the statutory requirements
  • Formulate, consolidate and prepare HR analytic reports
  • Maintain accurate staff data in SAP system
  • Streamline and enhance the HR process
  • Assist in C&B initiatives such as annual pay review, bonus process, benefits scheme renewal
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR assignments as assigned
  • Support staff welfare activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in HR Management
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in compensation and benefits
  • Well versed in HK Labour Ordinance
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communications and presentation skills
  • Detail-minded and well-organised
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP system
