Develop, implement and maintain the Safety Management System to ensure that
the systems address the requirements of all relevant National Aviation Authorities
Monitor corrective actions for safety issues to ensure close-out in a timely
manner and provide periodic reports on safety performance
Provide advice to HAESL on safety management matters
Execute, facilitate and maintain Enterprise Risk Management and monitor the
implementation of actions taken to mitigate risks as listed in the Corporate Risk
Register
Review Change Management programmes to ensure all Safety implications have
been addressed through risk assessment prior to implementation.
Execute, facilitate and maintain the Company Business Continuity Plan, including
programmes to manage Emergency Response and Crisis Management

Degree in Engineering / Quality / Safety discipline
Minimum of 4 years relevant working experience with hands-on experience in implementing risk management
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated
Good command of English and Chinese
Less experience will be considered as Assistant Risk & SMS Leader
