Assisting in monitoring the progress of improvement activities progress such as improvement communication, improvement project delivery and improvement training.
Assisting to implement technology and digital solutions and their enhancements to achieve operational excellence.

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or related disciplines
Analytical, problem solving and communication skills
Knowledge in lean sigma or problem solving is an advantage
Proactive, action-oriented and approachable team-player
Knowledge in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
