工作职责
(English)
Drive the transformation initiatives and provide support to other Finance related projects (e.g., SAP implementation and etc.)
Implement strategies and process improvements under the guidance to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Assist Head of Finance Transformation in managing the change process within the finance function, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement
Help identify financial risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
Work closely with the finance team and finance stakeholders to understand the goals, align transformation initiatives with objectives, and ensure successful implementation through collaborative efforts
Provide regular updates to Head of Finance Transformation on the progress of transformation projects, including challenges and proposed solutions, while supporting financial analysis to offer insights for decision-making and achieving financial objectives
Prepare transformation reports, trackers, decision briefs, and track project performance and outcomes against set targets in alignment with overall HAESL strategies

Degree holder in Finance, Business Studies, Information Systems, or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering and managing transformation projects, better with packaged solution like SAP / MES
Experience in different phases of core business project rollouts like objective setting, planning, delivery and target operating model implementation3 to 5 years of payroll experience, with strong exposure to Hong Kong payroll practice
Ability to listen and articulate ideas verbally and in written formats, and interact professionally with diverse groups of stakeholders
Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
Strong understanding of financial principles, systems, and processes, with a focus on driving operational excellence
Tactical thinker with a proactive mindset and a track record of driving change and innovation in a Finance-related role
Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager, Finance Project and Transformation
