工作职责
Create purchase orders and keep track of parts delivery according to engine test schedule
Closely monitor materials status required for engine build, identify items at risk and look for mitigation
Make good decision on material transfer / allocation to meet the target test date
Liaise with other Departments on setting the kitting targets so as to meet engine milestone test date
Coordinate with various departments (e.g., procurement, production, and logistics) to ensure materials can be returned on time in order to meet the set kitting date
Well manage Customer owned materials and make suitable material nominations
Support turn-around time objective for the continuous improvement of section, both in work and morale
Working on Alternative Saturday is required
职位要求
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
2 years or above related working experience
Fluent spoken and written English
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access)
