工作职责

Monitor and report on level of service being provided to customers
Identify problems affecting the level of service being provided to customers, provide and implement solutions
Interface between customers and internal departments
Execute customer commercial activities

职位要求

Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
At least 2 years’ working experience in customer services, particularly in an engineering production and commercial environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Fluent in spoken and written English (perferably with Mandarin as well)
Good communication and presentation skills
Good analytical, organising and problem solving skills
Exposure and understanding of Lean Tools and Techniques is a plus
