• Translate approved technology opportunities into structured proof-of-concept and delivery plans, defining scope, approach, resource requirements and success criteria.
• Lead end-to-end execution of technology pilots, from solution assessment and vendor selection through testing, validation, sign-off and scale-up readiness.
• Evaluate proposed technology solutions and vendor submissions on technical merit — challenging architecture decisions, integration approaches and delivery assumptions where appropriate.
• Apply systems integration thinking to solution design — defining how data should flow between enterprise systems (SAP, iMRO, MES) and emerging platforms such as digital twins, computer vision and inspection systems, ensuring operational data and process outputs are correctly exchanged across system interfaces.
• Coordinate vendors, statement-of-work review, delivery activities and project governance across active initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day vendor and partner relationships, ensuring delivery accountability, milestone tracking and issue escalation as required.
• Coordinate closely with internal business units, operations, IT and Digital to validate requirements and drive adoption of solutions.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technology solution delivery, digital transformation, systems integration, algorithm development experience or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate technology solutions and vendors on technical grounds, including assessment of architecture, integration design and delivery feasibility.
• Ability to map end-to-end operational workflows and define data flow requirements across systems as part of solution scoping and design.
• Hands-on experience managing proof-of-concepts, pilots or technology implementation projects end-to-end.
• Experience coordinating across cross-functional stakeholders in complex organisational environments.
• Strong commercial awareness, including proposal review, scope challenge and business case development.
• Experience in MRO, aviation, industrial engineering, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
• Familiarity with agile delivery methods and project governance frameworks is preferred.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
