– Develop an efficient and effective SAP project team structure to ensure cost effective delivery of services
– Monitoring SAP system performance, quality, cost and service reporting, ensuring key measure and SLA are achieved
– Manage the SAP project cost
– Drive the development of SAP and interfaces as per demand of business
– Construct SAP solution to leveraging the technical expertise of outsourced service providers
– Promote the proper usage of SAP
