Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
Manage end-to-end payroll operations using SAP, including salary, MPF, tax, and leave calculations
Partner with HR to maintain employee records, benefits, and leave data
Collaborate with Finance team to reconcile payroll accounts, support month-end closing, and prepare journal entries
Ensure compliance with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, and IRD tax filings
Produce payroll reports and analytics for HR and Finance teams
Support internal and external audits with payroll documentation and analysis
Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, MPF, and taxation
Contribute to payroll budgeting and forecasting on headcount planning and cost projections

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
3 to 5 years of payroll experience, with strong exposure to Hong Kong payroll practices
Proven experience with SAP payroll systems
Strong understanding of HR operations and payroll accounting
Proficient in SAP HR/Payroll and Microsoft Excel
Highly detail-oriented, discreet, and deadline-driven
Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
