Job Duties:

• Plan and arrange material provisioning and ordering of engine parts based on operational requirements.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels through effective inventory control and forecasting to support operations while minimizing surplus and obsolete stock.
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, price negotiation, and purchase order processing.
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to align delivery schedules and resolve supply issues.
• Monitor purchase order progress and follow up on deliveries, invoices, approvals, and related documentation.
• Evaluate, manage, and support vendor performance and compliance.
• Perform demand forecasting, planning, and cost analysis to support inventory and procurement decisions.
• Prepare operational, inventory, and procurement reports for management review.

Requirements:

• University graduate preferably in engineering, purchasing or supply chain management
• Hands-on experience of MS Office, knowledge in Marco or VBA an advantage
• Good negotiation skills and communication skills
• Fluent communication in English and Chinese
• Minimum 5 years’ experience preferably in engineering industry
