Responsibilities

Conduct Training Sessions: Lead practical training sessions on hand trade / basic machine operation techniques
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to trainees, fostering their professional growth
Safety Management: Ensure all training activities are conducted in a safe manner, minimizing risks and hazards
Skill Assessment: Evaluate trainees’ hand skills and provide constructive feedback
Discipline Enforcement: Maintain discipline and order during training sessions
Documentation: Keep accurate records of training sessions and trainee progress
Support D&I Initiatives: Promote and support diversity and inclusion within the training environment

Requirements

F5. or above
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated expertise in various hand trade techniques
Familiarity with minor repairs in specific SPM
Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in Hand Trade Techniques
