Responsibilities

  • Conduct Training Sessions: Lead practical training sessions on hand trade / basic machine operation techniques
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to trainees, fostering their professional growth
  • Safety Management: Ensure all training activities are conducted in a safe manner, minimizing risks and hazards
  • Skill Assessment: Evaluate trainees’ hand skills and provide constructive feedback
  • Discipline Enforcement: Maintain discipline and order during training sessions
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of training sessions and trainee progress
  • Support D&I Initiatives: Promote and support diversity and inclusion within the training environment

Requirements

  • F5. or above
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in various hand trade techniques
  • Familiarity with minor repairs in specific SPM
  • Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in Hand Trade Techniques
