This role is to define and drive the 3 to 5 years of technology, integration and data strategy that aligns SAP S/4HANA, iMRO and shop-floor systems to business KPIs (TAT, First Pass Yield, Planning response); lead cross-organizational strategic partnerships and an innovation pipeline while enabling delivery through Head of IT and Head of Digital.

Responsibilities

Develop and drive HAESL enterprise technology strategy, target architecture, integration and canonical data models.
Define 3 to 5 years of strategic technology & integration roadmap aligned to business KPIs l.
Define technology target, investment prioritization and vendor/partner strategy
Lead cross-organizational strategic partnerships (Rolls-Royce, HAECO and HAESL) and an innovation pipeline
Design the target operating model for technology (platform & integration CoE, data office) and capability uplift.
Enable strategic OEM partnerships (Rolls‑Royce, HAECO)
Define and drive the strategic alignment to ERP goals as well as the data and analytics strategy to HAESL goals
Define and drive the strategic alignment of HAESL goals for the innovation pipeline
Work closely with Head of IT and Head of Digital Transformation and enable delivery of the strategic initiatives via their departments.

Requirements

Holder of a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer engineering or above
Over 15 years of work experience in a diverse work environment, preferably in aviation industry
Proven track record of identifying and driving scalable innovation and technology initiatives
Excellent strategic planning, project management and business transformation
Strong stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels
Strong strategic partnership with internal customers and business vendors
