Responsibilities

Lead Module Change teams in executing engine strip and build activities to meet production output targets.
Ensure all engineering processes are performed in full compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
Support internal and external compliance audits within the Module Change workshop.
Conduct quality investigations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Support training functions within the Engine Overhaul Department to sustain continuous workforce growth.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Higher Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum of 10 years’ frontline leadership experience in an aero engine workshop environment.
Practical engineering and maintenance experience in the Rolls-Royce Trent engine series.
In depth knowledge of typical Part 145 regulatory and compliance requirements.
Strong leadership capabilities with a self-motivated and proactive approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
