Responsibilities

Identifying gaps between existing business processes and SAP PM/MM functionalities and MES (Maintenance Execution System) solutions like iMRO.
Advise on business process mapping in MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) and Supply Chain Management domains.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design additional MES solutions to support daily operations.
Coordinating the line managers to allocate internal resources for project tasks.
Coordinate with business users on project activities, including progress meetings, blueprint workshops, UAT and system training.
Manage the changes during project rollout.
Support the continuous improvement of SAP solution after go-live

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Information Systems or related disciplines
5 years of project experience with SAP PM/MM, including S/4HANA.
Experience in different phases of ERP project like training, UAT, Data Migration, and go live
Ability to listen and articulate ideas verbally and in written formats, and interact professionally with diverse groups of stakeholders
Knowledge of MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul), Aviation, or Engineering industries.
Knowledge of MES (Maintenance Execution System), like iMRO.
Self-motivated and able to perform well under pressure.
