Responsibilities

• Work with the Senior Management team to provide SAP technology consultation and direction
• Develop an efficient and effective SAP project team structure to ensure cost effective delivery of services
• Monitoring SAP system performance, quality, cost and service reporting, ensuring key measure and SLA are achieved
• Manage the SAP project cost
• Drive the development of SAP and interfaces as per demand of business
• Construct SAP solution to leveraging the technical expertise of outsourced service providers
•  Promote the proper usage of SAP

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading strategic SAP projects combined with the ability to execute at tactical project-level activities and tasks.
• Proven experience managing a SAP consultant team with local and outsourced resources to provide robust and stable SAP solution.
• SAP System and process savvy, with FI,CO,SD,MM, PM, HR modules are preferred.
• Prior SAP experience in MRO business.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail.
• Ability to assimilate and learn complex processes in a changing and dynamic work environment on a steep learning curve.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in project and process management. 
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience.
