• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Manage end-to-end payroll operations using SAP, including salary, MPF, tax, and leave calculations
• Partner with HR to maintain employee records, benefits, and leave data
• Collaborate with Finance team to reconcile payroll accounts, support month-end closing, and prepare journal entries
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, and IRD tax filings
• Produce payroll reports and analytics for HR and Finance teams
• Support internal and external audits with payroll documentation and analysis
• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, MPF, and taxation
• Contribute to payroll budgeting and forecasting on headcount planning and cost projections
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of payroll experience, with strong exposure to Hong Kong payroll practices
• Proven experience with SAP payroll systems
• Strong understanding of HR operations and payroll accounting
• Proficient in SAP HR/Payroll and Microsoft Excel
• Highly detail-oriented, discreet, and deadline-driven
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
