Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Interface between customers and internal departments
  • Monitor and prepare reports on level of service being provided to customers
  • Provide support to the Customer Operations team
  • Conduct customer commercial activities
  • Take up ad hoc assignments or projects as needed

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • 1-2 years’ working experience in customer services, particularly in an engineering production and commercial environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Copilot
  • Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese and English (preferably with Mandarin as well)
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good organising and problem solving skills
  • Exposure and understanding of Lean Tools and Techniques is a plus
  • Fresh Graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered
