Responsibilities

Support and facilitate the health and safety promotion and training programs.
Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the safety management system.
Support customer, internal, and external audits on occupational health and safety (OHS) aspects.
Monitor compliance with relevant OHS legislations and provide advice for workplace implementation.
Collect and analyze OSH-related data and provide reports for management.
Conduct and manage accident/incident investigations and provide solutions for preventative actions.
Assist in ad-hoc projects as requested.

Requirements

Degree holder in occupational safety and health, engineering, or other related discipline.
Familiar with FIUO & ISO45001.
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
Good knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills, well-organized and self-motivated with a team spirit.
Registered Safety Officer with 1-3 years of relevant working experience.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Health & Safety Officer.
