– Liaise with customers and monitor progress of orders to provide regular reports.
– Coordinate with customers and internal departments to provide all necessary support.
– Provide services including responding to enquiries, providing quotations, invoice checking and debt collection.
– Handle complaint & warranty claim when necessary.
– Contact new customers and seek for new business.
– Degree / Higher Diploma in Business / Engineering discipline
– Proficiency in MS office would be an advantage
– Good analytical & organizing skills
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
