• Optimise an internal computerised data‑collection process to support efficient preparation of dispatch documentation.
• Conduct testing, validation and documentation for improvement initiatives to ensure accuracy and compliance with operational requirements.
• Analyse workscope instruction data to identify key characteristics across different operators and shop‑visit types.
• Maintain accurate and complete records for all related documentation (e.g. ARC, workscope orders and associated files).
• University undergraduate (preferably in Engineering, Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including macros) and Microsoft 365 tools; knowledge of Python and/or Power Automate is an advantage. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data. • Good communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and capture user requirements. • Demonstrated interest in process improvement, problem‑solving and workflow development.
• Engineering‑related or operations‑related experience (including internships, placements or part‑time roles) would be beneficial. • Prior experience or exposure to data analysis, process mapping, workflow improvement, data engineering or basic database management would be an advantage.
