Introduction

Founded in 1997 as a joint venture by Rolls-Royce plc and HAECO (a Swire company), HAESL provide world-class aero engine and component repair services to many of the world’s most respected airlines.

  • Manpower Developer: HAESL received the Manpower Developer Award from the Employees Retraining Board (ERB). The MD award scheme aims to recognize companies which demonstrate outstanding achievements in manpower training and development. With an aim to developing an industrial leading workforce, HAESL will continue to invest in staff training and development.
  • Caring Company: HAESL has been awarded the “5 Years Plus Caring Company Logo” in the Caring Company Scheme organized by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) in recognition of the Company’s ongoing effort in caring for employees, caring for the environment and serving the community through a series of corporate social responsibility events.
