工作職責

• Handling full spectrum of benefit administration of medical and dental plans as well as annual checkup program
• Managing the staff canteen and company coach operation and administration
• Liaise and maintain good relationship with staff committees to address staff concern
• Improve communications between the company and staff
• Support staff activities and company-wide events such as annual dinner, staff retirement party, etc
• Perform ad hoc HR assignments as assigned

職位要求

• Bachelor degree holder or above
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good communications, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Detail-minded and well-organised
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Candidate with more relevant experience will be considered as Senior HR Specialist
