工作職責

(English)

• Supervisor (Facilities) has to report to Facilities Manager and Engineer to lead a team of tradesmen and external labours to handle all daily maintenance & repair work of production equipment & building facilities to comply with statutory and airworthiness regulations; and to select the most technical feasible & cost-effective solutions to solve all technical problems encounter in daily maintenance & repair work.
• Lead a team of skilled mechanics to handle the daily maintenance & repair work of production equipment & building facilities and provide technical solutions to daily encountered problems.
• Plan & arrange materials, tooling, and manpower for daily work as per schedule.
• Co-ordinate with users, suppliers and/or outside contractors to ensure all projects, maintenance & repair works can be smoothly run without obstructing the production activities.
• To set the performance standards for his maintenance team and the external labours to ensure they work safely & do comply with high standard

職位要求

• Completion of Technician apprenticeship + Minimum 5 years relevant experience OR;
• Completion of Craft apprenticeship + Minimum 7 years relevant experience OR;
• Completed HKDSE/HKCEE or equivalent + Minimum 8 years relevant experience
• Hold 技能測試(大工) – Certificate in Construction Industry Council (CIC) of his trade and one 中級工藝測試(中工)in other trade* OR;
• For Air-conditioning Trades, candidate must be worker registered with Grade R Electrical Work OR;
• For electrician, candidate must be worker registered with ‘Grade A Electrical Work’ OR;
• Coaching & knowledge transfer to less experienced staff
• Problem-solving skills in solving daily operation issues
• Technician/Principal Mechanic (Project & Maintenance)
• Assistant Planning Executive
