工作職責

Providing coordination and administrative support across strategic initiatives
Managing meetings, logistics, and documentation
Supporting stakeholder engagement and internal communications
Assisting with training and promotional activities

職位要求

Form 5 standard or above
Min. 2 years relevant work experience
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience in Canva
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented and collaborative
Available to begin work in September 2025
