The Manager, Recruitment and Retention (R&R) plays a crucial role in driving the strategic staff recruitment and retention efforts, as well as overseeing the related policies, procedures, and operations. This position supports the company’s vision and long-term objectives.
The Manager, Recruitment and Retention is responsible for the following:
- Lead, plan and drive Recruitment and Retention function including recruit and retain strategies to align over HR strategies and meet business targets.
- Collaborate with other department heads to provide advice in career development of individual staff.
- Lead and manage a team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality of service.
- Recruitment: Identify and develop effective recruitment channels in Hong Kong and overseas and ensure efficient recruitment procedure.
- Retention: Develop and implement plans to enhance the employee experience and reduce attrition.
- Identify HR best practices and implement relevant policies and procedures to support the company’s objectives.
- Review and streamline work processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare regular analysis and reports, including headcount, staff attrition and turnover.
- Perform ad hoc HR projects assigned.
