工作職責

  • Be responsible for daily operations and administrative matters including pre-onboarding, onboarding, orientation, documentation, filing, invoice handling, MPF application, medical enrollment, locker arrangement
  • Arrange company coaches for employees
  • Arrange staff retirement activities
  • Prepare employees’ profiles and ensure high accuracy of data input
  • Ensure HR system and Recruitment system are updated and accurate
  • Support recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, interviewing, preparing employment contracts and pre-onboarding preparation
  • Assist in Overseas Recruitment and work closely with recruitment agencies for selection process and visa application etc.
  • Support pre- / post-job fairs logistics and preparation
  • Assist in staff retention program and employer branding campaigns

職位要求

  • 1 year of HR generalist experience in sizable company
  • Experience in hiring front-line or production staff is advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge in SAP is advantage
  • Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
  • 1-mth end-of-contract gratuity
