工作職責

Processing vendors invoices & payment (Purchase Order, Framework Orders, Opcost)
Handling & follow up on A/P Invoice Approval Workflow
Reconciliation of vendors statement & audit confirmation
Supporting A/P Period End process
Checking & processing of staff claims
Liaising with other departments/vendors for any queries related to invoices
Taking up ad hoc assignments

職位要求

Minimum of 2 years
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent
MS Excel, Word, good command of spoken & written English
