工作職責

Internal Communications

• Support the preparation of management and company communications, including announcements, articles and multimedia content.
• Assist in script writing, subtitle translation and content editing in English and Traditional Chinese.
• Support video production, including planning, filming coordination and editing.
• Assist in the production of the company newsletter and other employee communication materials.
• Maintain the Engagement & Communications SharePoint page and other internal communication channels.

Marketing Communications

• Support talent attraction, campus recruitment and employer branding campaigns.
• Assist with the planning and execution of company events and engagement activities.
• Create content for social media platforms, including photography, graphics, Reels and short-form videos.
• Help manage the company’s social media channels and corporate website.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on content and communication projects.
• Support ad hoc communications and branding initiatives as assigned.

職位要求

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia Design or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, social media or content creation.
• Proficient in written English and Traditional Chinese.
• Hands-on experience in short-form video production is an advantage.
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut and AI content creation tools.
• Creative, proactive and detail-minded with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
• Positive attitude, eager to learn and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate availability is an advantage. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant.
