工作职责
Prepare and publish annual Sustainability Report, ensuring compliance with Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) reporting standards.
Prepare reports and presentations on HAESL’s sustainability performance and initiatives, covering topics on carbon, water and waste, for internal stakeholders, including Board of Directors, SD Steering Group, and general staff.
Support the preparation of materials for external audits, awards and recognition, including ISO14001 Environmental Management System, EcoVadis Sustainability Ratings, Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence, Sustainability Linked Loan (SLL), Caring Company Scheme, audits by parent companies, etc.
Develop, plan, implement and communicate impactful waste reduction initiatives. Coordinate various waste and recycling initiatives, such as Reverse Vending Machines, Environmental Month, etc.
Collaborate with internal teams across various functions, including operations, supply chain, and human resources, to integrate sustainability principles into business processes, procurement, and employee engagement initiatives. Engage key stakeholders and solicit their support.
Coordinate quarterly volunteering events for staff serving the community during weekends.
Identify and engage with relevant external partners, NGOs, and other key stakeholders to strengthen collaboration, knowledge sharing, and partnership building.
Support administration and ad-hoc tasks including procurement, vendor management, research on emerging global and local sustainability trends related to the industry and more
职位要求
Degree Holder in in Environmental Science/ Sustainable Development or relevant disciplines
3-4 years’ working experience in the field of sustainability is preferred
Experience in environmental management, waste management and ISO14001 is preferred
Good project management capability, with good planning and execution ability
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with hands-on experience in Canva is preferred
Ability to prioritize and multi-task handling
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Candidate with less experience may be considered as a Sustainable Development Executive
