– Handle daily administrative work for various functions in Safety & Improvement Department
– Produce weekly manager meeting reports
– Organize and update departmental procedure manual
– Perform any other duties assigned by the Department
– DSE or above
– Good computer & MS Office knowledge (MS Word, Excel & Outlook)
– Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Proactive, responsible, willing to learn and act as good team player
– Minimum 2 years clerical experience
