• Carrying out business improvement activities throughout the company to achieve company strategic objectives and KPI targets
• Analyzing and identifying improvement opportunities that enable the business to deliver strategic objectives plan and implement accordingly
• Coordinate with workstreams and initiative owners to conduct process workshops, identify wastage, analyze issues / pain points and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support the establishment of HAESL digital strategy
• Monitoring improvement activities, to ensure the set targets and KPIs are met. Provide coaching and guidance as necessary
• Identifying training needs and establishing training programmes for process improvement tools and techniques
• Coordinating and providing training for process improvement tools and techniques
• Degree in Engineering or related disciplines
• Practical understanding and application of Agile, Lean and Six Sigma tools
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, and knowledge of PowerBI will be an advantage
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience, with hands-on experience in implementing improvement projects
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma Project as a project leader or member
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt will be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and good team player
• Good command of English and Chinese
