(English) Job Duties:
• Sourcing and purchasing of aviation products and repair services or handling corporate indirect purchasing activities including sourcing, tender, negotiation, quotation evaluation, purchase order creation
• Following up the delivery schedule and monitoring supplier performance
• Following up delivery, invoices, approvals and other documents with local and overseas vendors
• Conducting vendor performance evaluation, approvals and management
• Preparing different operation reports
(English) Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering/ Business Administration/ Purchasing / Supply Chain Management or related discipline is preferred
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
• Excellent people skills with ability to negotiate and influence internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in MS Office application; Excel VBA is an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills and a good team player
• Self-motivated, analytical skills, positive thinking and strong sense of responsibility
• Relevant experience in purchasing / supply chain / engineering industry is preferred
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
