Responsibilities
Assist in the development of an internal Power BI dashboard to visualise engine input/output status, using data sourced from Planning and Production teams.
Collaborate with Planning team teammates to interpret data trends, support performance tracking, and enable data-driven decision-making.
Support the digitalisation of a paper-based internal form used for Technical Records team viewing and revise applications, transforming it into an efficient, user-friendly electronic format or workflow.
Engage with end-users to gather functional requirements, map out current processes, and propose improvements to enhance usability and compliance.
Perform testing, validation, and documentation of the digital form solution, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational needs.
Participate in project meetings and present progress updates, findings, and improvement suggestions to the Planning and Business Support team.
Requirements
University undergraduate (preferable in Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Management, or Computer Degree).
Basic understanding of data visualisation principles and familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., SharePoint, Forms, or Power Automate is a plus).
Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret operational data.
Good communication and documentation skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and capture user requirements.
Interest in process improvement and digitisation of administrative workflows.
Engineering-related experience is considered beneficial.
Prior coursework, academic projects, or self-initiated work involving data analysis, process mapping, dashboard creation, or digital form design would also be an advantage.
