RB211-524

The RB211-524 family has been in service for over 40 years since the RB211-22B entered service in April 1972. Since then, a number of RB211-524 marks have seen the family grow and develop into the RB211-524G/H-T. There are currently over 75 aircraft in service today and is the first engine ever to achieve more than 27,500 hours on-wing.

Selected by some of the world's leading airlines, the RB211-524 is the first engine ever to achieve more than 27,500 hours on-wing. It is interchangeable between Boeing 747-400 and Boeing 767-300 (RB211-524H /-T).
