Financial Accountant/Assistant Accountant

Responsibilities
- Processing accounts payable invoices posting, reconciliation, and follow up with user departments
- Performing the checking & preparation for vendors payment
- Assisting in process improvement for Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable area
- Performing the checking of vendors payment to ensure accuracy
- Performing staff claims checking & posting
- Preparing period end closing for supporting schedules of Financial Statements
- Assisting in reviewing the policy/procedures within Department & ensuring updates from time to time
- Taking up ad hoc assignments
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 to 3 years accounting experience for Assistant Accountant position
- Minimum 5 years accounting experience for Accountant position
- Good analytical and report writing skills
- Well-versed with MS office
- SAP experience is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Self-driven with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Work independently and able to meet tight deadlines
- Mature and responsible
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
